Since founding the business in 2013 after having successfully personally brokered the sale of his own business, Jock has helped hundreds of clients successfully sell their company. Since then, Jock has helped build Business Exits into the #1 company in the USA for the sale of $2m - $60m revenue companies. With experience dating back to 2004 having worked in the family business in Australia, Jock offers guidance to the Business Exits team in valuation, diligence, and negotiation, which has resulted in record transaction volume of $315 million in company sales in 2022.

Loren is a Partner at Business Exits. He began his career in New York City growing the online strategies of physical companies by refining their business processes through technical innovation. He founded and ran his own technology strategy consulting firm for over 13 years that serviced clients nationwide. He and his team have helped dozens of organizations grow, diversify, and be acquired (primarily in the healthcare sector). Loren also founded a non-profit that is dedicated to streamlining the technical overhead of other non-profits to enable them to better focus on their mission. Loren’s deep understanding of business operations and financials has empowered him to create deals that allow both buyers and sellers to thrive through the sales process.

Robert Kale is a Partner at Business Exits. He started a few businesses, ran his affiliate marketing business for 7 years, and has now been with Business Exits for 5+ years. With a background in financial analysis and enterprise software sales in the San Francisco tech scene, Robert brings an analytical & consultative approach to brokering businesses.

Robert now lives in Los Angeles with his wife and kid, helping businesses sell successfully so that the owners can transition to their next phase in life with a meaningful amount of capital.

Ace has bought & sold businesses since he was 19. He has built several private equity funds which have acquired over 200 businesses in the past 20 years, and still helps entrepreneurs and investors by assisting them to acquire website businesses. Ace is a broker as well as a director who leads a team of 5 of our brokers.

Melynda was one of our first brokers, and one that consistently demonstrated that both buyers and sellers enjoy working with her to represent businesses. A Kentucky native and long-time NYC inhabitant turned Los Angeles resident, she spent the past 15 years working on the creative, marketing, and tech side of entertainment companies such as Fox Networks, MTV Networks and Blue Man Group. She also frequently moonlights as a writer/consultant for print and digital media and the film/TV industry.

Paul is passionate about business and structuring deals to ensure a favorable outcome for all parties involved in the transaction. He has a wealth of knowledge in the finance, marketing, legal, and technology sectors that he draws on to analyze and understand the potential for each business transaction. Paul has bought, grown, and sold numerous businesses which allows him to understand the unique perspective from both sides of the table. Paul graduated from Harvard Business School in 2014, holds his Certified Financial Planner designation, among numerous other technical and industry-specific certifications. Originally from Australia, Paul spent the last 20 years in Canada but now resides in Orange County, California.

Michael Cecchin is based in Barcelona and works with our European business owners. Before joining Business Exits, Michael owned a digital agency, ran multiple other businesses, and had two great exits selling two e-commerce brands.

Chase is the Mergers & Acquisitions Director at Business Exits. He received a BA in Business from Lynn University and got his start in sales specializing in logistics. He then went on to become an outside sales representative in textiles before transitioning to SAAS. His combined 8 years of experience in various fields gives him the ability to reach a variety of clients and establish relationships with current and future buyers and business brokers. Originally a southern Delaware native, Chase and his wife currently reside in Orlando, FL and enjoy spending time with their Golden Retriever, Sully.

Alexis is one of Business Exit’s Transaction Execution Coordinators. She is committed to supporting buyers and sellers in executing smooth, thoughtful transactions. She is a Los Angeles resident, whose corporate experience includes leading teams and organizations with thousands of employees internationally. Alexis is committed to helping execute the broker and co-broker processes; working with brokers to verify clients, analyze financial information and execute important memorandums, vital to the process.

Alexis De La CruzMergers & Acquisitions Coordinator | Business Exits

Michelle is one of the transaction execution coordinators. She is responsible for the packaging and presentation of businesses for buyers to review. Additionally, she assists with finding co-brokers when needed. Michelle worked several years for one of the largest American financial services and bank holding corporations. She has also worked as an assistant home loan processor.
