Loren is a Partner at Business Exits. He began his career in New York City growing the online strategies of physical companies by refining their business processes through technical innovation. He founded and ran his own technology strategy consulting firm for over 13 years that serviced clients nationwide. He and his team have helped dozens of organizations grow, diversify, and be acquired (primarily in the healthcare sector). Loren also founded a non-profit that is dedicated to streamlining the technical overhead of other non-profits to enable them to better focus on their mission. Loren’s deep understanding of business operations and financials has empowered him to create deals that allow both buyers and sellers to thrive through the sales process.
Robert Kale is a Partner at Business Exits. He started his first business at the age of 25, growing his digital marketing company for five years before selling it. He then founded skincare business and music licensing businesses and also dove into the real estate investment arena. With a background in financial analysis and enterprise software sales in the San Francisco tech scene, Robert brings an analytical & consultative approach to brokering businesses.
Robert now lives in Los Angeles, helping businesses sell successfully so that the owners can transition to their next phase in life with a meaningful amount of capital.
Wes has over 20 years experience as a Broker and is an expert at company valuation and strategic buyer matching. Wes and our brokers offer nationwide coverage and international acquisitions within traditional brick & mortar firms and ecommerce. We bring Buyers and Sellers together for the successful transition of business ownership, creating a curated experience with excellence in the matchmaking process – we get deals done right. Wes’s specialties are Manufacturing, Fabrication, Distribution, Brand Name Product, Laboratory & Health Industry, and Ecommerce.
Melynda is our Business Office Manager, responsible for managing buyer inquiries, customer service and operations/business development/accounting support. A Kentucky native and long-time NYC inhabitant turned Los Angeles resident, she spent the past 15 years working on the creative, marketing, and tech side of entertainment companies such as Fox Networks, MTV Networks and Blue Man Group. She also frequently moonlights as a writer/consultant for print and digital media and the film/TV industry.
Caroline is our President of Sale Operations. She started her career at KMPG working with financial services clients, where she was responsible for key client targeting, business planning, creating new business proposals and leading the marketing support team which serviced a portfolio of over 25 key clients. Caroline is responsible for growing our reach through a variety of marketing initiatives. Originally from the UK, she is now located in our Los Angeles office.
Heidi is our Buyer Coordinator, in charge of fielding and directing communication to all staff and clients. Need an answer? Heidi will find it or contact someone who has it. Heidi’s background shows her to be a Jill-of-all-Trades: from working in the banking industry as administrative help to a VP, to marketing campaigns in the car dealership industry and running a newsroom for a newspaper, her expertise has always been communication.
Tanya is our deal originator and is responsible for screening buyers and deal administrative tasks. She began her career in the medical field but after several years felt it was time to switch to business. She started by learning the back-office procedures from several medical practices, then moved on to non-profit organizations. She is an expert at business process and administration and makes sure everything happens on time and correctly here at Business Exits.
Tammy is our Client Marketing Manager. She is responsible for the packaging and presentation of businesses for buyers to review. She has an invaluable background in marketing and design.
