Loren is a Senior Broker at Business Exits. He began his career in New York City working to grow the online strategies of physical companies, refining their business processes through technical innovation. Through this work he founded and ran his own technology strategy consulting firm for over 13 years that he has expanded to service clients nationwide. Over the years he and his team have helped dozens of organizations grow, diversify, and be acquired primarily in the healthcare sector. Loren also founded a nonprofit that is dedicated to streamlining the technical overhead of nonprofits enabling them to better focus on their mission. Loren’s deep understanding of business operations and financials has empowered him to create deals that help both the buyers and sellers thrive through the sales process.
Russell is a Senior Broker at Business Exits. He started his career working for an investment bank where he assisted private equity groups and strategic buyers
(whom he had a fiduciary duty to represent) in identifying and contacting potential acquisitions with the purpose of having exclusive access/ no competition on deals brought to them. He saw first hand how important it is for the seller of a business to have not one, but many interested buyers in order to get the fair market value for their business. He then went on to work as a Business Broker/ lower middle market Advisor with a focus on technology based businesses.
Over the past 20 years he has also built and sold many businesses. He brings his vast experience as both an intermediary and as an entrepreneur to his position as a Senior Broker/ M&A Advisor here at Business Exits, Inc. Russell holds a degree in Business Administration from W.P. Carey’s School of Business at Arizona State University.
Caroline is our President of Sale Operations. She started her career at KMPG working with financial services clients. Caroline was responsible for key client targeting, business planning, new business proposals and leading the marketing support team which serviced a portfolio of over 25 key clients. Caroline is also responsible for growing our reach through a variety of marketing initiatives. Originally from the UK, Caroline is now located in our Los Angeles Office.
Heidi works as our Buyer Co-Ordinator for Business Exits. She is the friendly voice behind email inquiries to Business Exits and is in charge of fielding and directing communication to all staff and clients.

Heidi’s background shows her to be a Jill-of-all-Trades: from working in the banking industry as administrative help to a vice president, to marketing campaigns in the car dealership industry and running a newsroom for a newspaper, her expertise has always been communication.
Tanya is our deal originator and is responsible for screening buyers and deal administrative tasks. She started her career in the medical field, but after several years felt it was time to switch to business. She started by learning the back-office procedures from several medical practices, then moved on to non-profit organizations. She is an expert at business process and administration and makes sure everything happens on time and correctly here at Business Exits.
Tammy is our Client Marketing Manager for Business Exits. She is responsible for the packaging and presentation of your Business for buyers to review. She has a degree in Marketing and Design.
