For sale is an eight-year-old pain management clinic located in Washington that treats (acute and chronic) physical, neurological and psychological pain. They have a significant amount of cutting edge treatments, the most popular being ketamine infusions.
They perform several thousand infusions per year, and see on average 200 patients per week (the majority being referred by other specialties). 95% of payments are made via insurance, while the remaining 5% are cash payments for treatments not covered by insurance.
The owners have been in the process of getting an onsite surgical center approved and licensed. This process should be complete within the next 6-9 months and when it’s official, they will be able to bring in significantly more revenue (close to 60%) on the existing procedures they do, not to mention being able to add more diverse procedures and practitioners.
