Business Description
For sale is a five-year-old multidisciplinary medical clinic located in Las Vegas that is run turnkey and almost entirely passive with regards to the current owners. This clinic specializes in regenerative medicine, chiropractic care, medical services, and allergy testing. Approximately 60% of the clinic’s revenue comes from primary care treatment, while 40% is generated from allergy services. The average revenue per allergy patient ranges from $7,000 to $10,000, whereas revenue from primary care is typically below $200 per patient. About 90% of the patients are billed through insurance. The clinic has contracts with all major insurance companies, and in order to keep these contracts, this would need to be a stock sale.
The business is listed at a lower multiple given its $1.7m in profits in 2025 as the sellers are extremely immersed in their other business and need to be able to focus fully on that company. At this time we are only corresponding with CASH BUYERS who can close within 45-60 days and show proof of funds. The seller is willing to do SIGNIFICANT seller financing in order to close quickly.
The practice is backed by a dedicated team of professionals, which includes a physician, chiropractor, medical assistants, and administrative staff. Comprehensive medical protocols and standard operating procedures are documented for patient treatment enabling the owners to take a minimal role in day-to-day operations. The owners work less than five hours a MONTH.
Nevada just changed its laws and now only licensed physicians (MD/DO) can own a medical practice in Nevada. However, there is a friendly PC Model: Non-physicians can operate clinics by creating a Professional Corporation (PC) owned by a physician, which contracts with the non-physician-owned MSO for administrative services (billing, marketing, staff). The easiest way to make this work would be to engage a company to find a medical director (there are many out there) and then pay the director a set fee per month (typically like $2k-$3k) in order to fulfill the licensing requirements.
