They sell 100-plus devices annually and have an average order value of $40,000 CAD. They pride themselves on being the market’s most affordable professional beauty devices and are one of the only Canadian companies manufacturing devices on the aesthetic market. The company offers two different medical devices, parts and pieces for those devices, and training and marketing courses.
The best-selling product makes up 95% of revenue; training courses make up 2% of revenue; and their new product makes up 3% of revenue. In addition, once a machine is purchased, customers are required to periodically pay for machine maintenance, creating a 100% recurring clientele base. These devices are manufactured in China, then distributed to sales presentation offices throughout Canada, where their sales representatives demonstrate, train, and sell the product.
