1. Terms of Agreement

• I now request businessexits as the broker for the Vendor to supply me with a copy of any available Information describing the Vendor’s business for which I have requested. I undertake that the information will be used for no purpose other than to assist in determining whether I wish to purchase the said business.

2. I agree

• That information and any other material made available to me by businessexits or the Vendor or its assigns such as Solicitors, Accountants or Advisors will remain strictly confidential.
• That all information and material will be distributed on a “need to know basis” and I agree that all information and material remains the property of businessexits and the Vendor and it’s Assigns.
• Not to contact the Vendor and / or their assigns directly or negotiate directly with the Vendor and/or their Assigns, without the expressed approval of businessexits.
• All negotiations, inspection arrangements, communication and offers regarding any business must be made through businessexits unless otherwise agreed.

3. I acknowledge

• businessexits as the introducing agent.
• The information supplied by businessexits and / or the vendor and it’s assigns including but not limited to financial reports, profit and loss reports, trading results and projections have not been audited or verified, unless specifically noted as such.
• As the prospective buyer it is my responsibility to verify the accuracy of any information supplied to me and do not hold businessexits or its authorized agents responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
• Should the confidential information provided to me regarding the vendor and the said business become known to others by my actions, other than set out in clauses 1A and 2B above, businessexits, the Vendor and our assigns reserves the right to pursue legal action for compensation of damages and loss.
• All information provided or supplied by businessexits in relation to or in any way connected with a business or property, and all dealings in relation to such information, is, made on the basis of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are binding upon the individual named in the Buyer Profile and also upon the entity on whose behalf the individual has registered

I acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this agreement.
